Alltak Decor – AI Manifesto Film
For Alltak Decor at Haus Decor Show, I developed and produced a manifesto film created entirely through AI-driven workflows, exploring a new approach to content production where artificial intelligence becomes the core creative medium.
The project was conceived as a cinematic narrative to communicate the concept behind “Casa em Movimento”, a campaign focused on transformation, adaptability and the evolving nature of interior spaces. Instead of relying on traditional filming, the entire visual production was built using AI tools, allowing for complete creative flexibility and rapid iteration.
I was responsible for the full creative and production process — from concept development and script structuring to prompt engineering, visual direction, scene composition and final editing. Each scene was carefully designed using AI-generated imagery and video, requiring precise prompt crafting and a strong understanding of composition, lighting and storytelling to maintain visual consistency and narrative flow.
The production involved the use of multiple AI tools, including platforms for video generation, image creation and visual enhancement, combined with traditional editing techniques to assemble the final piece. Tools such as Google Veo, Runway and Adobe Firefly were used to generate and refine visuals, while ChatGPT supported scripting, ideation and narrative structuring throughout the process.
In addition to the visual production, the project also included voice narration generated through AI, ensuring a cohesive storytelling experience aligned with the tone and message of the campaign. The video was produced in multiple language versions — including Portuguese, English and Spanish — expanding its reach and enabling communication with a broader, international audience.
The final result demonstrates how AI can be integrated into professional content production not only as a supporting tool, but as a central creative engine. By combining storytelling, technology and creative direction, the project showcases a scalable and innovative workflow capable of delivering cinematic content with speed, flexibility and high visual impact.
